This proposal replaces an existing UPVC entrance with a more substantial, contemporary style porch which includes a utility space, large picture windows and built-in storage. Redesigned access steps from pavement level enables the main entrance to now be at front of porch, allowing better use of space within porch itself and a safer approach to the dwelling.
