This 70,000 sq ft iconic building at the physical centre of the Knowledge Campus and Baltic Business Park is also the development’s most public face, its administrative core and its technological hub.
Containing offices, exhibition spaces, a restaurant, conference facilities and support services, this building has been deliberately designed as a unique architectural statement, standing distinct from its immediate surroundings. The building achieved an excellent BREEAM rating.
