This project proposes the reworking of an existing garage to provide much needed ground floor bedroom accommodation (suitable for an ageing relative) as well as a better functioning utility and storage space, accessible from inside the dwelling.
Externally, a sunken courtyard will be created, offering a more sheltered and private outdoor dining area.
A loft conversion has already been delivered, as well as some internal re-modelling to create an open-plan ground floor live-work area.
