YNGR Design Ltd handed over this sustainable office retrofit yesterday, incorporating a full Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery (MVHR) system fed from a roof-mounted Air Source Heat Pump.

Creating a healthy working environment was paramount, as a number of the offices lack access to an external window. To this end, the MVHR system feeds the rooms with fresh air, heated or cooled as required, whilst concealed LED lighting creates a daylit effect on a sky-blue wall.

Sustainably sourced Ash timber cladding and custom designed plywood furniture provide a warm, natural touchpoint.
